North Shore Migratory Bird Festival

15th to September 21st 2025

The Festival was founded in 2009 by the team of the Observatoire d'oiseaux de Tadoussac. Its purpose? Discover the ornithological richness of our beautiful region in autumn. Indeed, at this time of year, the north shore of the St. Lawrence is transformed into a huge migration corridor. It is also one of the largest in northeastern North America. It is therefore a key period for bird watching on the North Shore, with the Upper North Shore MRC being the region with the greatest diversity of species in Quebec, according to eBird.
